Incorrect loads and the lack of movement can lead to misalignments of the pelvis and spine, and thus to back problems and other diseases. With the help of the gentle Dorn method, the back can be relieved and the discomfort reduced. No jerky techniques are used and only the hands are used.

In Dorn therapy, displaced vertebrae are felt and with targeted pressure from the therapist, together with the help of the client, are brought back into the correct position. The technique is very effective because vertebral correction also influences the internal organs, meridians and psyche.

Breuss massage with St. John's wort oil is a very gentle and energetic back massage that can release physical, energetic and psychological tensions. Careful stretching of the spine supports the regeneration of the undersupplied intervertebral discs.
